On 4 June of the current year, the Military University of Land Forces was visited by the Director of the NATO Mountain Warfare Center of Excellence (NATO MW CoE),  Bostjan Blaznik, accompanied by a non-commissioned officer, sgt. Marco Pogorevc.

The seminar entitled "High mountain combat environment - experiences and perspectives", organised by the Department of Reconnaissance and Airborne Forces, constituted an opportunity for a meeting with the commanding staff of the Military University of Land Forces.

The guests were welcomed by col. PhD Eng. Jacek Narloch, acting Rector Commandant of Jacek Narloch. During the meeting, the participants discussed creation of joint projects and establishing specialist cooperation in terms of high-mountain trainings.  The possibility of bilateral exchange of experiences and involvement of the AWL staff in the high-mountain trainings organised by NATO ME CoE was proposed.

Upon the conclusion of the meeting, the guests were shown a presentation on the Military University of Land Forces, and were acquainted with the didactic and training base of AWL.
