It is a great honor for all Academies which took part in the Project to present short interviews in relation to the project outputs.

 Disclaimer on dissemination of the International Semester content

The entire set of materials necessary to run international semester by any EU and NATO member country military institution responsible for education of junior officers, will be stored on the servers of the Military University of Land Forces, Wroclaw, Poland.

The 36th meeting of the Implementation Group for the “European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus” took place in Brussels from 8th to 10th November 2017.

During the meeting representative of Military University of Land Forces briefed participants with the idea of International Semester created in the frame of Strategic Partnership Project.

Cadets from five European military academies participated in the test phase of the Strategic Partnership Project “Creating international semester regarding military education needs for future officers in Europe” organized during the summer semester of 2017. Students had the opportunity to test many of the military education modules such as: military leadership, law of armed conflict, cyber security and more. The whole activity was crowned with an intensive military leadership course organized by Military University of Land Forces.

The International Semester – developed during the Strategic Partnership Project – will be implemented with the majority of prepared Common Modules in the regular study program in each Partner Institutions. Because of specific accreditation’s pre-conditions, the International Semester will be implemented in different ways.

The added value of the project is unquestionably implementation of International Semester by Hellenic Army Academy (Academy out of strategic partnership institutions, which decided to implement international semester).

The 35th meeting of the Implementation Group (IG) for the “European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus” took place in Brussels from 5th to 6th of September 2017.

Mrs. Zamiar-Ziółkowska from MULF Wroclaw briefed the IG members about the status of the Strategic Partnership Project.

Last stage of the test took place in Wroclaw from 24th of June to 7th of July 2017, when the most practical part of the programme – Military Leadership Module – was tested by all cadets from the test group.

Additionally MULF invited participants out of partnership (including cadets from Greece, Italy and USA).

During two-week intensive course MULF hosted 67 cadets from Europe and USA.

Between 19th and 23th of June 2017 second multiplier event was organized by University of Defence in Komornik Hradek (Czech Republic).

University of Defence together with other project partners hosted over 80 participants from 24 institutions and 17 countries.

Day 1 - 15.05.2017 r.

Monday was the first day of the course named "Cyber Security" in University Of Public Service in Budapest.

At the morning, we met with Col. Kovac and he introduced to us the course leaders and made a short speech about the course. After that we moved to classroom, where Col. Kovac made the security briefing and generally described course point and showed schedule for whole week.

Day 1 - 03.04.2017 r.

On April 2nd, 5 Polish Cadets from Military Academy of Land Forces in Wrocław, arrived to Budapest. The purpose of this visit is checking the new multinational program, which has been prepared in Wrocław. On Monday after the meeting with Colonel Laszko Kovacs, the participants went on their first classes – Cross Cultural Communication with Mrs Aneta Kazanecka from Wrocław and with the teacher from Sibiu about Basic Military English.

In accordance with the Strategic Partnership Project “Creating international semester regarding military education needs for future officers in Europe”, Erasmus+, the Programme of the Bachelor Military Studies International Semester which includes 9 modules and an integrated training was prepared.

On 27th and 28th of February in National University of Public Service (NUPS), Hungary, the 4th working meeting of Academies participating in “Creating international semester regarding military education needs for future officers in Europe” project from Erasmus+ Program took place.

On 6th and 7th of December, 2016 the 32nd meeting of the Implementation Group for the “European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus” took place in Brussels. On the first day the main topics of discussion were: Up-date of the Lines of Development; reports of exchanges; exchange opportunities and a discussion about new Common Modules. The second day was designated to Air Force and Naval Academies. Briefings were given about their institutions for the purpose of future Erasmus agreements, probably followed by creating an international semester. MALF Wroclaw presented by MAJ Marcin Bielewicz and MAJ Piotr Pietrakowski introduce the ongoing and new Strategic Partnership Project.
