SP Erasmus

From 12th to 14th of April, 2016 Theresian Military Academy (TMA) in Austria hosted the second transnational working meeting of higher education institutions’ consortium in the frame of Strategic Partnership Project „Creating international semester regarding military education needs for future officers in Europe”. This project is financed by the European Commission in the frame of Erasmus+ Programme.

Military Academy of Land Forces (MALF) was represented by Colonel Tomasz SMAL, PhD, Major Marcin BIELEWICZ, PhD, Major Piotr PIETRAKOWSKI, PhD and Mrs Anna ZAMIAR-ZIÓŁKOWSKA from Career and International Programms Office.

The first part of the meeting, on April 12, was concentrated on major assumptions of the whole project, as well as teaching programme of the planned common international semester. During the meeting, representatives of each institution discussed the organisation issues of the whole project, and agreed the content of each module develop during the project realization.

Administrative and financial issues were also discussed during the separate meeting of project coordinators’ from each partner institution.

On the second day of meeting, the partners discussed about the organisation students’ mobility in the frame of project (one- or two-week mobility prior teaching activities, and two-week-long mobility for intensive programme at MALF).
